Hi, I'm Jordan. I am a fourth-year PhD Candidate in the Department of Philosophy at McGill University. I work primarily in metaethics, normative ethics, and social & political philosophy. I'm also interested in the history of moral and political philosophy. I'm working on my dissertation. It is a collection of essays about the value of humanity. For more information, see my Work in Progress. My research is funded by a Joseph-Armand Bombardier SSHRC Doctoral Scholarship to Honour Nelson Mandela (2021-2024). I am currently a Doctoral Fellow with the Groupe de recherche interuniversitaire en philosophie politique (GRIPP), the Groupe de Recherche Interuniversitaire Sur la Normativité (GRIN), the Centre de recherche en Éthique (CRE), and the Research Group on Constitutional Studies (RGCS). Before coming to McGill, I earned my MA in philosophy from Concordia University. Before that, I graduated with distinction from the University of Guelph with a BA in philosophy.
